I’m presently a researcher in the Information Dynamics Lab at HP Labs.
I study social and organizational use of electronic communication tools. I focus on social networks and social information organization. In my time here, I have conducted large-scale behavioral analyses of Facebook, del.icio.us, and Prosper.com.
Most recently, I have been working on mobile printing, and a service called CloudPrint.
